At the recent NHS awards night, two Newburyport graduates were the recipients of the 2023 Emma L. Andrews Library scholarship, each in the amount of $1,000: Hannah Gross and Kate Pomeroy.

Hannah is headed to Kenyon College, while Kate will be attending UMass Amherst in the fall.

Thank you to everyone for making this fantastic evening and the generous scholarships possible. Emma Andrews would be proud!

The scholarships are made possible from our winter Soup-er Saturday fundraiser and a generous donation from long time Emma volunteer Phyllis Hill.
